Life has a tendency to throw curveballs at us, and how we respond to them determines who we are and how we end up.

Trust me, I’ve been there too.

Not so long ago I found myself stuck in an endless loop of hopelessness, vagueness, fears and victimhood. In actuality I hadn’t found myself but instead I had lost myself. I felt completely uprooted from the comfort I’d become so used to and I, a reluctant explorer.

It was the most vulnerable I had ever been yet I didn’t let it show. The deeper the grief the brighter my lipstick got yet my mentor coaxed me out of my shell and soon I started. opened up to the guidance I knew I needed.

Today, I am proud to tell my story. I started having a more abundant state of mind and shifted my focus more towards hope, love and acceptance. I was encouraged to meet myself at a deeper level, to listen to my heart, to see the beauty inside me and to feel the fulfilment life has to offer.
